Bees procure nectar from a diverse array of blooming flora, which contains Fructose and Glucose. Unfortunately, certain Honey
manufacturers in India have resorted to unscrupulous methods of blending honey with alternatives such as cane sugar and rice
syrup. To curb such malpractice in the industry, the Codex Alimentarius has implemented the EA-IRMS examination to detect the
inclusion of cane sugar in Honey.
Every batch of Zandu Shudh Madhu undergoes comprehensive evaluation at a NABL-accredited laboratory, and each batch conforms
along with antibiotic residues to the 24 test parameters specified by FSSAI.
